Today, the Faculty of Arts at Mansoura University witnessed a discussion of a doctoral thesis in the Media Department, which came under the title: The role of Arab and foreign historical drama in introducing the Egyptian public to the Pharaonic civilization, which was presented by researcher Hadeel Metwally.
The discussion was held under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Ahmed Othman, Assistant Professor of Radio and Television at the college, and the discussion and discussion committee was attended by Dr. Zahi Hawas, former Minister of State for Antiquities Affairs and member of the Board of Trustees of the Egyptian Museum’s Board of Trustees, and Dr. Mohamed Gharib, Professor of Radio and Television and Undersecretary of the Faculty of Arts at Zagazig University.
The researcher obtained the first honors in appreciation of the distinction of the message and its importance in highlighting the role of historical drama in introducing the Egyptian public to the Pharaonic civilization, and the session witnessed the presence of a group of faculty members and researchers at the university, in an upscale academic and scientific atmosphere that confirmed the pioneering role of Mansoura University in enriching scientific research.
