Xiaomi has unveiled its new Xiaomi 17 Pro Max, which is described as its most powerful phones so far, in a move that seemed to be directly directed at Apple. The new phone comes to appear as an advanced version of iPhone 17, whether in terms of design or technical capabilities.
A jump in the name and a message to Apple
Xiaomi exceeded the name “Xiaomi 16” and moved directly from the 15 to 17 Pro series and 17 Pro Max. A step made by many was an explicit message to Apple that its new phone is not just a traditional development, but rather a bold shift that makes its American rival late in a step.
