The General Command of Abu Dhabi Police organized an event to enhance societal awareness of the importance of the rapid response to emergency vehicles, in order to contribute to saving lives and reducing response time. The event, which was organized in Al -Reem Mall, comes in two days, as part of the “Wip of the Road” campaign for emergency vehicles immediately, and with the participation of the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority, the Health Department – Abu Dhabi and the Emirates Driving Company. The event met with a great interaction from visitors, as it reviewed the importance of the public cooperation with the competent authorities, and the procedures to be followed when facing an emergency vehicle on the road, in addition to raising awareness of the legal penalties resulting from the lack of commitment to make the road to vehicles.
