Mohamed Abdel -Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, said that the ministry seeks to provide international education with international standards within public schools, in the context of achieving the principle of equal opportunities among all students, without discrimination on the basis of material ability.

The minister added, during his meeting with the editors of the Ministry of Education, that some parents who have a financial ability resort to annexing their children to international schools, noting that the state decided to provide a distinct international educational model within the government system, through the Egyptian baccalaureate.

Abdel -Latif explained: We cowarded international education for our children within government schools, so that each student has a real opportunity for high -quality education, without the guardian bearing great financial burdens .. Some call the Egyptian baccalaureate system the expression of “overwhelming IG”, but we confirm that this system is not a low -level alternative, but rather a national model with international standards, targeting justice and quality together, stressing that the ministry is continuing to develop this system, and seeks to obtain international accreditation He, to ensure that international universities recognize him, and gives the Egyptian student real opportunities to compete globally.

The Minister of Education: No acceptance of high densities and the work of the Sunnah is linked to regularity in the study

The Minister of Education stressed that the ministry continues its efforts to improve the educational environment inside schools, stressing that high student densities in the classes are unacceptable, and that the number of students in any semester should not exceed 50 students.

The Minister pointed out that the percentage of students attending the academic year should not be less than 80%, explaining that the work of the year will be directly related to the extent of the student’s regularity in the study, which contributes to restoring the discipline to the educational process inside schools.

In a related context, the minister revealed that the ministry went towards ending the work system in the evening periods in primary schools, with the aim of providing a better and more stable educational environment for students.
