International experts emphasized that the real progress in supporting people with intellectual disabilities is not measured by the number of tools or the intensity of therapeutic sessions, but rather by the extent to which they enable them to communicate and express self and make decisions and live a more independent and rich life, by taking advantage of support support techniques.
