Today, the Gaza Strip witnessed a large -scale Israeli military escalation, as it was reported that the air strikes targeted the various neighborhoods of Gaza City, while the occupation planes launched intense bombing on separate areas of the Strip.

Israeli helicopters also opened their machine guns towards the western areas crowded with the displaced, in an attempt to force the residents to go to the south through the Gaza Valley.
In the same context, a Reuters news agency quoted an Israeli military official as saying that the Israeli ground forces had penetrated deep into Gaza City, and the Hebrew Channel 12 reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu left his trial session urgently after receiving an envelope, to make an urgent contact.
For his part, the leader of the Israeli Democratic Party stated that Netanyahu launched this broad military operation to occupy Gaza in order to ensure that it remains in power, considering that it poses a threat to the future of Israel itself.
On the other hand, the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the emergency departments are witnessing a severe crowding in the remaining hospitals operating in the city, noting that the medical crews are working in extremely difficult conditions as a result of the acute shortage of basic drugs and life -saving medical consumer consumers, in addition to the large deficit in the blood units and their components, which exacerbates the danger of surgical interventions to treat the wounded.
