The Zakat House and Certificates ended under the supervision of the Grand Imam, Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zakat and Charity, from the second stage of the “To School” campaign in Upper Egypt, with the distribution of tens of thousands of students and orphans in the provinces of Fayoum and Beni Suef, in preparation for the new academic year 2025-2026 AD.
Distributed supplies included an integrated school bag, written tools, schools, and shoes, to meet the basic needs of students and motivate them to start their academic year with activity and confidence.

The Zakat and Al -City House confirmed in its statement issued today, Friday, that the fundamental goal of the campaign goes beyond mere direct material support, to establish high -level educational values; It aims to urge students to diligence in educational attainment, devote himself to study, adhere to Islamic ethics and morals, and instill the value of the teacher’s respect and reverence, and to uphold the school’s matter and its pivotal role in building generations and the future industry.
The statement revealed that this year the campaign aims to distribute 300 thousand integrated school bags that include written tools, schools, and shoes on thousands of orphan students in various stages of primary, preparatory, and secondary education at the level of the governorates of the Republic.
This came in an effort from the Zakat House and the charity to bring joy and happiness to the hearts of orphans, and to help them start their academic year in appropriate circumstances, psychological reassurance, and reduce the material burden on their families, which reflects positively on their family and social stability.
