Ukrainian President Folodimir Zellinski announced that his country and Syria decided to resume diplomatic relations between them after years of break.
This came after his meeting with Syrian President Ahmed Al -Shara at the United Nations headquarters in New York, on the sidelines of the eighties of the United Nations General Assembly.
