US President Donald Trump made sharp statements that included multiple international files, led by the Russian -Russian war and relations with China and Venezuela, as well as the position on the American military presence in Poland.
Trump waved more sanctions on Russia
Trump said, in televised comments, that the Chinese president had to mention the United States in the last victory speech, considering that Beijing ignored the American role in international files. Regarding the Russian -Ukrainian war, Trump stressed that he does not have a new message to Russian President Vladimir Putin, adding: “He knows my position on this war.”
In the same context, the former US president hinted at the possibility of imposing more sanctions on Russian oil exports, as part of pressure on Moscow to stop its military operations in Ukraine.
Trump also criticized Venezuela, describing her behavior in dealing with Washington as “very bad”, stressing that American policy towards Caracas will remain strict.
In terms of military presence in Eastern Europe, Trump announced that the American forces will remain in Poland, confirming his country’s readiness to send more soldiers if the Polish government requested this, in reference to Washington’s commitment to support its allies in the face of Russian threats.
