The defendants were guided by the charges of joining a terrorist group, by joining a group that was established in contravention of the law and the provisions of the constitution, which are intended to call for a breach of public order, endangering the safety of society, safely at risk, disrupting the provisions of the constitution and laws, preventing state institutions and public authorities from exercising their actions, assaulting the personal freedom of citizens, freedoms, public rights, harm to national unity, and social peace, knowing its knowledge of its purposes and means to achieve Those purposes.
