Today .. the first appeal sessions on the ruling of imprisoning Marwa Yousry, famously known as Mubarak’s daughter

Today, Sunday, the Alexandria Appellate Misdemeanor Court in Alexandria will consider the first appeal sessions on the ruling of imprisoning Marwa Yousry, famously known as Mubarak’s daughter.

The appeal looked at the imprisonment of Marwa Yousry, famous for the daughter of Mubarak

The Alexandria Economic Misdemeanor Court ruled that the accused, Marwa Yousry, the famous media of Mubarak’s daughter, and fined 100 thousand pounds, on charges of insulting, slandering, deliberately inconvenience and establishing an electronic account with the aim of committing a crime.

The trial session witnessed many scenes, as the defendant submitted a declaration of the abolition of a power of attorney for the authentic lawyer, while a new defense body took over the case starting from the second session.

Throughout the first and second sessions, the lawyer of the artist Wafaa Amer submitted a request to the court to ban media publication in the case, stressing that she does not only affect the artist or insult and slander, but she affects the whole state.

Earlier, lawyer Mahmoud Al -Naqeeb announced the agency of his office to defend Marwa Yousry Abdel Hamid, known in the media as Marwa bint President Mubarak

He explained in a press statement that all the previous agencies were canceled, noting that the official and media spokesman in Marwa is the lawyer Taha Al -Zaklawi.

He pointed out that any dealing or presence in its legal or media matter will only take place through prior coordination, and the colleagues lawyers demanded the commitment to this, adding that no party will be allowed to attend or speak in the name of our client without prior coordination.

The captain warned against drifting behind the lies, rumors and malicious allegations that some are promoting in order to stir public opinion or to achieve personal fame at the expense of his client’s interest.

He emphasized that no person seeking to appear in the media or collecting views without regard to the public interest and for the benefit of his client.
