The American CNN network, quoting two sources, revealed that the White House is taking additional security measures to protect US President Donald Trump in the wake of the killing of the supporter of Charlie Kerk on Wednesday.
Kirk is one of the most prominent supporters of Trump and conservative media figures in the United States, and he won millions of fans, and participated in the establishment of an organization that defends conservative policies in secondary schools and universities, in 2012.
Tightening the guarding of Trump
According to a source, the commemoration of the September 11, 2001 attacks, which was attended by Trump from the traditional site of the Pentagon Ministry of Defense outside the walls of the building, was transferred to an internal courtyard amid continuous security concerns.
When Trump will visit Yanki Stadium, on Thursday, to watch the match between the Bestol match between the New York Yanxiz and Detroit Tiger -Tiger teams, additional security measures will be applied at the site and around it, according to another source.
The source pointed out that this includes a security examination at all entrances and additional procedures on the platform in which Trump will see the match.
The US President was scheduled to spend the weekend in the Trump Tower in New York, but he changed his opinion, Wednesday and is now planning to go to his golf club in Pidinstter, New Jersey.
Sources have previously told CNN that Pidinstter, where Trump spent most of the summer seasons during his first term, is considered a very guarded facility.
Trump traveled to Pidinster after the assassination attempt he suffered last year in Bater, Pennsylvania.
