White House spokeswoman Caroline Levit said on Monday that Israel and Hamas “are very close” to agreeing on a framework agreement to end the war in Gaza and ensure a lasting peace in the Middle East.
Levitte added, in an interview with “Fox and Friends” program on Fox News, that US President Donald Trump will discuss a 21 -items peace plan with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House later today, Monday.
It stated that Trump will speak on Monday to the leaders of Qatar, who played the role of mediator with Hamas.
“To reach a reasonable agreement for the two parties, each party must give up a little, and may God leave the table while he is somewhat satisfied, but this ultimately is the way we will end this conflict,” she said.
