The population of the United Arab Emirates increased during the past year 2024, by 5.7%, by 615,687 people. According to the data of the Federal Center for Competitiveness and Statistics, the state’s population at the end of 2024 reached 11,294,243 people (approximately 11.3 million people), compared to its predecessor, which numbered 10,678,556 people (10.67 million people). The percentage of males and females among the residents of the UAE according to the data on which the “Gulf” obtained, the male population reached the end of last year, 7,235,074 people, (7.23 million people) representing 64% of the total population of the state, and the number of females reached 4,059,169 people (4.06 million), representing 36% of the population of the UAE.
