Dr. Younis Kazem, the Acting Executive Director of the Health Organization Sector, at the Dubai Health Authority, opened the work of the second session of the Dubai Medical Research Forum, which is organized by the authority over a period of two days at the Grand Hayat Hotel Dubai, with the wide participation of experts and academics, and policymakers from various health and academic sectors.
