The General Secretariat of the House of Representatives will launch the first edition of the “Parliamentary Bridges” program, which is inaugurated by His Excellency His Excellency Mr. Ahmed bin Salman Al -Muslim, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and with the follow -up of His Excellency Eng. Muhammad Ibrahim Al -Sisi Al -Buainain, Secretary -General of the House of Representatives.
The program witnesses the participation of 60 young men and women in Bahrain Representatives and the General Secretariat, consolidate the principles of the Bahraini constitution, enhance parliamentary culture, and develop the skills of public debate among young people.
The program includes a number of workshops and discussion episodes with young participants related to parliamentary tools, specializations and mechanisms for committees, ways to manage public sessions, political participation, and other topics related to the legislative, legal, supervisory and media path, national identity, technology and artificial intelligence, in addition to holding meetings with a number of deputies to enrich young people with their living parliamentary experiences.
It is worth noting that the General Secretariat of the House of Representatives has developed a strategic plan for specialized projects, initiatives and community programs, which is concerned with enhancing the culture of parliamentary work and supporting their contributions to the march of national development and construction; Where she launched a parliamentary bridges program in its first edition as a qualitative platform for providing bridges of communication between the House of Representatives and the youth category, and activating the community partnership.
