The eighties of the United Nations General Assembly in New York witnessed the launch of the “It leads Africa” initiative under the kind patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak “Mother of the Emirates”, President of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Supreme President of the Family Development Foundation, and within the framework of the initiatives of the global councils for sustainable development goals, with the aim of supporting the fifth goal concerned with achieving gender balance.
