The competent court of Marwa Yousry, known in the media, ruled Mubarak’s daughter of the charge of forgery in her wife’s movables, and supporting the ruling against her ex -wife 6 months on charges of dispelling the movables.

It is noteworthy that the competent court ruled earlier imprisonment for a divorced woman, Marwa Yousry, for accusing him of wasting her marital movables after their separation, after he sold marital movables and traveling outside the country.
A source for Cairo 24 indicated that Marwa Yousry took advantage of her imprisonment and submitted a challenge to forgery on the list of movables, as it added gold movables in the list.
In a separate context, the Alexandria Appellate Misdemeanor Court in Alexandria set the September 28 session, to appeal the ruling of imprisoning Marwa Yousry, famous for the daughter of Mubarak, on the decision to imprison her for a period of two years with work and a fine of 100 thousand pounds, on charges of insulting, slandering, intentionally inconvenience and establishing an electronic account in order to commit a crime.
The Alexandria Economic Misdemeanor Court had imprisoned the accused, Marwa Yousry, famously known as Mubarak’s daughter, and fined her 100,000 pounds.
While the trial session had witnessed many scenes, where the accused submitted a declaration of the abolition of a power of attorney to the authentic lawyer, while a new defense body took over the case starting from the second session.
Throughout the first and second sessions, the lawyer of the artist Wafaa Amer submitted a request to the court to ban media publication in the case, stressing that she does not only affect the artist or insult and slander, but she affects the whole state.
