Encouraged by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the country, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, may God protect and preserve him, the team opened the first corner of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, head of the National Guard University (King Hamad Hamad for Nursing and Medical Sciences accompanying) in the Pakistani capital, Islamabad, in the presence of General Sahri Shamdad Mirza, head of the Joint Staff Authority of the Pakistani Armed Forces, and His Excellency. Al Khalifa, Commander of the Royal Medical Services, with the power of Bahrain Defense, and a number of senior Pakistani civilian and military officials.
The university was built according to an agreement signed between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in August 2016, under the direction of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, may God protect and preserve him, during his official visit to Pakistan in 2014, where the foundation stone for the university was laid in January of 2017 AD.
On this occasion, General Maghar Shamdad Mirza expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, the great country, may God protect and preserve him, for his donation to build this university, and said that the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, may God protect and preserve him, reflects the bonds of brotherhood and the fixed friendship that links the Kingdom of Bahrain with the government and people of the Islamic Republic with the Islamic Republic Common values, cooperation, mutual respect, and the vision of His Majesty, may God protect and preserve him, to support education and health care out of the Kingdom’s borders. The Kingdom of Bahrain is proud to achieve this vision represented in the construction of King Hamad University for Nursing and Medical Sciences accompanying in the capital, Islamabad.
This university will provide modern residential facilities for up to a thousand students, and aims to graduate 500 specialists annually, which will provide the best academic and administrative competencies with the adoption of educational curricula recognized similar to the approach of the Royal College of Surgeons (RCSI) in Ireland while adhering to the academic and medical standards adopted in that college.
In conclusion, General Sahir Saddad Mirza thanked the team, the first corner of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, head of the National Guard, for His Highness and his participation in the opening of (King Hamad Hamad Nursing and Medical Sciences University) in the capital, Islamabad.
