Dr. Ahmed Al -Ansari, Governor of Fayoum, discussed with Major General Amr Abdel Moneim, Chairman of the Upper Egypt Development Authority, the mechanisms of optimal exploitation of promising investment opportunities on the governorate’s land with a number of development projects, within the framework of enhancing joint cooperation between the governorate and the authority, in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Al -Tony, Deputy Governor, Brigadier Wael Abdel Aziz, Head of the Central Department for Affairs of the Office of the Chairman of the Upper Egypt Development Authority, and Dr. Mazen Shaqwir, Advisor to the Chairman of the Authority for Government Communication, Director of the Authority’s branch in Fayoum.

The Governor of Fayoum pointed out, during the meeting, the importance of fruitful and constructive cooperation between the governorate and the Upper Egypt Development Authority, by setting a joint plan on scientific foundations and systematic rules in coordination between the various relevant authorities, in a way that contributes to moving more positive Which makes it fertile land for investment in various sectors.
The Governor stressed that the Upper Egypt Development Authority is a key partner in supporting development plans on Fayoum, through the implementation of a package of development projects, which contribute to creating job opportunities for young people, stressing the provision of all aspects of support to expand the implementation of more projects, in a way that contributes to the benefit and optimal investment of the components and multiple relative benefits that the governorate enjoys, directed by preparing a detailed statement of the shortcomings and houses of culture on the land of the province, its activities, as well as data The optimal investment projects.
The Governor of Fayoum pointed out that the importance of observing the future vision in setting the plans of investment projects on the governorate’s land, taking into account the nature of each project for the expertise of the local population, noting the importance of networking with the Upper Egypt Development Authority on the one hand and civil society represented in civil institutions on the other hand, to exploit promising investment opportunities on the province’s land, stressing that the province will spare no effort in constructive and fruitful cooperation with various bodies and entities And institutions within the framework of the law, in a way that benefits the citizens of Fayoum.
For his part, the head of the Upper Egypt Development Authority thanked the Governor of Fayoum, for his fruitful and constructive cooperation with the authority’s officials, during the implementation of many projects on the land of the province, as well as his keenness to exploit all the investment opportunities available on Fayoum land in the optimal way, noting that the Upper Egypt Development Authority puts within its priorities the optimal exploitation of investment opportunities in various governorates of Upper Egypt, including Fayoum, with the aim of advancing the development wheel, pointing out that cooperation with a province Fayoum represents an important step towards expanding the scope of investment on Upper Egypt.
