Create 25 new semesters
The governor of Assiut explained that the project includes the establishment of 25 new semesters equipped with modern laboratories, rooms for activities and integrated educational voids, in a way that contributes to absorbing the continuous increase in the numbers of students and providing an appropriate educational environment, and in parallel is the implementation of 16 new schools that include 316 classes at a cost of 317.5 million pounds at the governorate level.
The activities were witnessed by Mohamed Ibrahim Desouki, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, Engineer Mustafa Abdel -Fattah, Director of the Branch of the Educational Buildings Authority, Eng. Magdi Selim, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Fathers and Teachers, and Ihab Abdel Hamid, Chairman of the Assiut Educational Administration Board of Trustees, as well as executive and educational leaders and a number of heads of centers and neighborhoods.
The governor listened to a presentation of the officials of the Educational Buildings Authority on the implementation stages of the school that is currently being implemented and work plans, stressing his keenness to remove any obstacles that may face the speed of completion, while adhering to standard standards and technical requirements.
Major General Hisham Abu Al -Nasr stressed the need to adhere to the schedule specified for the fun of business, pointing out that the governorate is implementing an integrated plan to build new schools and expand the existing ones in various centers and villages, with the aim of reducing densities in the classes and achieving justice in the distribution of educational services, especially in remote and most needy areas.
The governor of Assiut stressed that the state pays special attention to creating a safe and developed educational climate that keeps pace with the latest educational means and enhances educational activities, in a manner that ensures the graduation of generations capable of facing the challenges of the times and active participation in the development process.
