The former coach of the German club Astsburg is close to training Al -Ahly, succeeding Spain’s Jose Ribeiro, who left the team during the last period.

Cairo learned 24 of his sources, that the Danish coach returned to Al -Ahly club accounts after his compatriot Thomas Thomasberg rejected work outside Europe, and to sign a Polish club.
According to Cairo 24, Osama Hilal, the contracting director, held a session with Thorp to persuade him to train Al -Ahly, and that the coach expressed initial approval to training Al -Ahly and the contract terms are currently discussed.
Earlier, Tan Kisler, Vice President of Boujun Shtischtin, announced the team’s contract with the Danish coach Thomas Thomasberg, whose name was recently associated with Al -Ahly Club.
Kisler said in televised comments: Coach Thomasberg has caused my admiration for many things, most notably his desire to get to know the entire team quickly, and not only for the players themselves.
He added: The Danish coach will speak to every member of the technical staff, and every player will speak to the coaches who will remain in the technical staff of the team.
He concluded: We do not have a plan to change everything we do, we are going in everything with caution, step -by -step will have an opportunity to inform the new coach about what he is doing and how to do, concluding his statements of certainly that the coach will sign all contracts for joining the team in the next few hours for a period of 3 seasons.
