Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met at the United Nations headquarters in New York today, with Jion Piramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly Republic of Azerbaijan, on the sidelines of the eighties of the United Nations General Assembly.
During the meeting, the course of the distinguished brotherly relations that bring the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Republic of Azerbaijan and the development and development it witnesses at all levels, and ways to enhance them in various fields, were discussed in the service of the common interests of the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, as well as discussing the latest developments and current regional and international developments.
During the meeting, the mutual exemption agreement was signed from the visa requirements for diplomatic passports.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Ambassador Jamal Faris Al -Ruwaie, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador Khaled Youssef Al -Jalahmah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, and Ambassador Sheikh Abdullah bin Ali Al Khalifa, Director General of Bilateral Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
