Aswan Governorate continues its activities to celebrate the International Day of Tourism, which will extend over a week, under the slogan “Tourism and Sustainable Transformation” adopted by the World Tourism Organization for this year.
It is worth noting that Major General Dr. Ismail Kamal, Governor of Aswan, assigned his deputy, Engineer Amr Lasheen, in the presence of the activities that included water shows for the Al -Kayak team, where the Nile page in the area facing the “People of Egypt” walk in the old Nile Corniche.
Preparing an integrated program
For his part, Dr. Ismail Kamal, the governor of Aswan, pointed out that in light of the prior coordination between the provincial bodies and representatives of the various tourism entities, an integrated program was prepared that includes a wide range of artistic, cultural, sports and recreational activities.
The Governor of Aswan stressed that organizing these events for a week comes within the framework of the keenness of maintaining a strong start with the beginning of the new tourist season, and enhancing the status of Aswan as the most important global tourist destinations and destinations for its picturesque natural elements and ancient civilized heritage, in addition to the great boom in the development and comprehensive development projects in line with the directions of the Egyptian state in the new Republic led by President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi towards supporting the industry. Tourism as one of the most important tributaries of the national economy.
The first day of the actors also witnessed the distribution of greeting cards in the name of the governor of Aswan, along with brochures and tourist and archaeological brochures on tourist groups in the hotels of Krakt, Movenpick, Tulip, Isis Al -Jazeera, Basma, Oulusic and City Max, in addition to more than 15 tourist vessels on the occasion of the celebration of World Tourism Day.
This included the Al -Kayak team led by Captain Mahmoud Adel, both Basmala Mohamed, Jumana Emad, Muhammad Ramadan, Hussein Mahmoud, Hoda Mustafa, Omar Ahmed, Moaz Muhammad, and Abdullah Yasser, as well as the assistants of the coach Mohamed Yasser and Mustafa Abdel Halim.
