The members of the Egyptian consulate were keen to attend the first training of the Pyramids Club in Jeddah at the sub -stadium of the Development Stadium, to support the team and emphasize support for the representative of Egypt and the continent of Africa in the world championship.
The African champion Pyramids will be a guest at nine o’clock on Tuesday evening, the Saudi Al -Ahly, the Asian champion, at the Alinma Stadium (Al -Jawhara) in Jeddah, in the framework of the Intercontinental Cup and the title of the three Confederations Cup.
Earlier, Mutasim Salem, the assistant coach of the Pyramids Club, revealed the reason for the exclusion of Ramadan Sobhi, the first football team player from the Premier League competition matches, despite his annexation in the Oakland City and Ahly Jeddah matches in the Intercontinental Cup.
Mutasim Salem said in televised comments: Our match against Al -Ahly Jeddah will be strong, we are two great teams, we are the African Champions, and they are the AFC champions and they have very special players, but we also have distinguished players.
On the exclusion of Ramadan Sobhi from the league matches, Mutasim Salem stressed in his statements: Ramadan Sobhi was injured and joined the Auckland City match, then he was wounded, so he was excluded from the Z. match in the Premier League, then joined our list in the Al -Ahly Jeddah match, and therefore it was not excluded but was injured.
He concluded: We will decide the position of Ramadan Sobhi’s participation in the Al -Ahly Jeddah match or not in the coming hours.
