Tissue Company, one of the leading real estate development companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced the success of its annual training program for university students “Horizons” for the year 2025, with a distinguished participation of Bahraini university students, who showed a distinctive interaction in various academic specializations.
The program witnessed a remarkable development this year in terms of the diversity of workshops and the number of participants, as it received a greater number of students compared to previous years, within the framework of the company’s keenness to invest in young national competencies and prepare them to enter the labor market efficiently and competently.
The training program this year included 8 training areas: accounting and financial affairs, investments, real estate development, internal design, risk, compliance and legal affairs, marketing, communications and information technology, human resources and administrative affairs.
The success of the 2025 edition comes as a complement to the program’s success series in 2024 and 2023 amid active participation from a large number of university students who benefited from refining their skills and enabling them to complete their university achievement with excellence, and ending with their success in entering the practical life with the post -graduation stage.

The program period spanned two consecutive months from early July to the end of August 2025, and included intense training that focused on developing students’ skills in multiple fields such as work ethics, time management, effective communication, leadership, and work in the spirit of the team. They also had the opportunity to directly see the daily work mechanisms in a tissue company, which strengthened their understanding of the needs and requirements of the labor market.
