Lebanese star Maggie Bogson is preparing to start filming the new series in the Ramadan 2026 drama, bearing the name Joud, which is a social dramatic work and directed by Philip Asmar.

The series comes from the writing of the Syrian duo Fadi Hussein and Shadi Kiwan, and it is considered one of the artistic projects that the fans are waiting for in the next Ramadan season, as it highlights important social issues that reflect the reality of Arab societies, especially the Lebanese ones.
The series revolves around the character of Jude, performed by Maggie Boughson, which faces a set of social and human challenges in a dramatic form that mixes pain and joy, in an attempt to deliver an impressive realistic message.
Maggie Bou Ghosn confirmed in previous statements that the work is different and is characterized by high quality in the text and directing, noting that she was keen to choose a distinguished team that guarantees the success of the project.
