Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef, confirmed the continuation of work in implementing the second phase campaigns of the 27th wave to remove encroachments on state property lands and agricultural lands, which started on Saturday before the supervision of the Supreme Committee for the Recovery of State Lands.
Removing 366 cases of transgression in the first week of the second stage of the 27th wave
This came during the governor’s discussion of the state property administration’s report on what was accomplished during the first week of the second stage, which indicated the removal of 366 cases of infringement, by 186 cases on state property lands, and 180 agricultural qualification cases, in light of full coordination between the executive and security agencies and state agencies, and according to the timetable prepared to implement removal decisions in the various centers of the governorate.
The governor pointed out that the 27th wave of removal campaigns is being implemented in three consecutive stages during the months of August, September and October 2025, where the first stage, which took place from 9 to 22 August last, witnessed the removal of 849 cases of infringement, followed by the second stage that will continue until September 26, with the campaign to conclude the third and final stage during the period from 4 to 24 October next.
Ghoneim explained that the governorate is working on continuous follow -up to implement the removal decisions, while stressing not to allow any encroachments again, in implementation of the state’s directives in the face of this phenomenon that threatens development efforts and the stability of societies.
