Cairo publishes 24 voting form for the General Assembly at Al -Ahly Club, which did not include the item of absolute rejection, but rather that it is approved by the proposal as it is offered, or approval, taking into account the amendment.
This morning, at the ninth morning, the voting of the members of the General Assembly of Al -Ahly Club, which continues until seven in the evening, began at the club’s headquarters in the island, where the club officials called on the members to participate effectively in voting to the proposed amendments in the statute list.
The new amendments, which were presented, include fundamental provisions aimed at consolidating the principles of transparency and enhancing the role of the general assembly as the owner of the first and last decision in the club’s affairs, in line with the provisions of the new Sports Law, and cancels dependence on the previous guidelines.
Among the most prominent amendments is the transfer of administrative specializations from the Egyptian Olympic Committee to the competent administrative authority, in accordance with the law, which gives the club greater flexibility in managing its administrative affairs without external interference.
The mechanism of adopting the budget and the closing account was also organized through the mandatory of the presence of an independent financial observer from the Financial Supervisory Authority as well as the auditor, which enhances the financial transparency within the club.
The amendments also included stipulating the independence of the Sports Settlement and Arbitration Center, after it was affiliated with the Egyptian Olympic Committee, to become a neutral and more effective entity in resolving sports conflicts away from any dependency.
