Real Ovido club issued an official statement in which he expressed its categorical rejection of any behavior that involves racism, violence or hatred of foreigners, after the incident by one of the team’s fans against French player Killian Mbappe.

Real Ovido said in an official statement: The club offers its sincere apology to Real Madrid and its player Killian Mbappe, who was the goal of this unfortunate behavior, and we also confirm that this incident does not represent the club’s fans as a whole.
Real Ovido added: Despite the speed of the move from the club, the incident raises concern about the continuation of these actions in the Spanish stadiums, which may harm the reputation of the Spanish league if it is not treated seriously.
The club explained that it cannot currently reveal the identity of the involved due to data protection laws, but he stressed that the Social Disciplinary Committee will take the necessary measures as soon as official information is available.
Spanish press reports had confirmed that the police arrested a Real Ofido fans, after he had a racist reference to French star Killian Mbappe during his team’s match against Real Madrid on August 24 at the Carlos Tartiri stadium, and the national police described the incident as a hatred and violation of moral integrity.
