Today, the mobile library started its launch in the village of Shamma, which is affiliated with the Ashmoun Center in Menoufia, in front of the Technology Center and near the Sameh Tahoun Primary School, within the framework of the Ministry of Culture and the General Library of Egypt to spread cultural awareness and encourage young people to read, and in coordination with Major General Ibrahim Abu Limon, Governor of Menoufia.

The library witnessed a remarkable turnout from the school students who took turns to see the various books and activities, in a fruitful cooperation with the school administration, which was keen to direct students to benefit from this distinguished experience.
The mobile libraries project is one of the leading initiatives that roam the villages and centers of Menoufia Governorate and all governorates of the Republic, as it aims to instill the love of reading among young people, and develop their skills through various cultural and artistic activities.
The mobile library also provides practical workshops besides reading and reading, such as drawing and sculpture, while providing the necessary materials of colors and pamphlets drawing and script, as well as the presence of specialists to teach children and develop their talents, and the library from the inside contains divisions equipped with seats and dyskat, and in the event that the numbers of children are increased, additional chairs are provided to ensure everyone’s participation in activities.
