Barcelona/ Wam, Noura bint Mohammed Al -Kaabi, Minister of State, participated in the “Monokol Quality of Life” conference held in Barcelona, where she participated in a dialogue session with Tyler Broley, editor -in -chief in the magazine “Monokol”, and Andrew Tak, editor -in -chief, to discuss the values of the UAE in supporting openness and coexistence in the framework of its diplomatic and international cooperation approach.
