The National Human Rights Authority organized an introductory workshop in the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police, with the aim of spreading awareness and introducing the authority to protect human rights. Dr. Saeed Al -Ghafli, Secretary -General of the Authority, welcomed the attendance that included a group of officers and deputies of the Abu Dhabi Police Centers, where he presented a summary of the establishment of the National Human Rights Authority and its law, pointing to the importance of the cooperation of law enforcement agencies with the National Authority, to ensure the integration of efforts and the sustainability of the human rights protection system at the state level. Abdulaziz Al -Obathani, Head of the Department of Regional and International Organizations at the Authority, also made a presentation on the establishment of the authority, the partner government agencies, and the goals and powers of the authority, while
