His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum wrote, in the gift that bore the signature of His Highness: “To my daughter and the name of my mother, Latifa bint Mohammed Al -Hikma is not in possessing the answers, but in asking the correct questions I gave you some of what life taught me.”
