The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain will express its pride in the thirty -five anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the friendly Russian Russia, which started in 1990, and has witnessed over the past three decades a growing development that reflects the durability of the ties that bring the two friendly countries.
The Ministry confirms that the Bahraini -Russian relations were based on mutual respect, constructive cooperation and common interests, and contributed to enhancing cooperation in the political, economic, commercial, health, cultural and tourism fields, as well as continuous coordination in regional and international issues of common concern.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also appreciates the exchange of high -level visits between the two friendly countries, and the resulting signing of agreements and memoranda of understanding that included multiple fields, which established a legal framework for a supportive bilateral cooperation, and enabled exploring new horizons to deepen cooperation between the two sides.
On this occasion, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain renews its keenness to continue to develop relations with the Russian Federation, in order to achieve common interests, serve the endeavors of sustainable development, and enhance security, peace and stability at the regional and international levels.
