Today, Saturday, Israeli aircraft bombed heavy missiles from 15 floors west of Gaza City.
The Palestinian Media Center said today, “The occupation planes were destroyed by the residential Burj Al -Sousi, opposite the United Nations headquarters in the Industry Street in Tel Al -Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City.”
The Israeli Defense Minister, Yisrael Katz, published, through his account on the X platform, clips of targeting.
In turn, Avichai Adraei, a spokesman for the Israeli army for Arab media, said in a post on his page on the “X” platform that the Israeli army “raided a multi -storey building in Gaza City that was used by Hamas, where its elements in the building placed survey methods with the aim of monitoring the places of the army forces in the area.”
He added: “In the context of its preparations for the wild army’s wilderness in the area, Hamas elements were planted inside and next to the building several explosive devices in order to target our forces.”
He pointed out that “Hamas was placed near the building with an underground structure that promotes Hamas elements of terrorist plans” against the Israeli army forces, stressing that the army “will continue to act strongly and firmly against terrorist organizations in the Strip.”
On Saturday morning, the Israeli army called on the residents of Gaza City in the northern Palestinian Gaza Strip to move to a “humanitarian area” in the south, in order to calculate a land attack on the largest city in the Strip, causing a new wave of displacement towards the southern Gaza Strip.
In a message addressed “to the residents of Gaza City and all those in it,” Adraei said, on social media: “From this moment, and with the aim of facilitating those who leave the city, we announce the area of Al -Mawasi (south) a humanitarian area.”
The spokesman added: “Take the opportunity to move to the humanitarian area early, and joined the thousands who have already moved to it,” the spokesman added. The United Nations appreciates that about a million people live in and around Gaza City, and warn of a “catastrophe” if Israel launches a large -scale attack on the city.
