Intensifying work to finish the file of legalization of state lands … and facilities for serious people and campaigns against the failures

Engineer Ayman Attia, the governor of Qaliubiya, held an expanded meeting to follow up on the executive position of the file of legalizing state property lands, stressing that ending this file is a maximum priority for the state in implementation of the directives of the political leadership.

The governor affirmed that the state is committed to the recovery of its full rights, by restoring the lands from the non -serious and the perpetrators, while taking strict measures to prevent any new encroachments, at a time when all facilities are submitted to serious citizens who have applied to legalize their conditions.

He explained that the governorate achieved an achievement rate of 65% of the total applications submitted, calling for a speedy completion of the remainder, stressing the heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods that they should develop daily work plans and adhere to the time plan specified to complete the files completely.

He also issued instructions to cut off the facilities (electricity and water) on those who refrain from paying the dues and launching enlarged campaigns to remove all encroachments, stressing that the state will not tolerate any violating construction, and will continue to support serious citizens and ensure their rights.

This came during the meeting, which was attended by Dr. Ihab Serag El -Din, the Secretary General, Major General Ahmed Abdel Rahman, Assistant Director of Qalubiya Security, Eng. Tharwat Zard, member of the State Property Recovery Committee, Dr. Mohamed Fawzi, Governor’s Assistant for Investment and Projects, as well as heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods and directors of state property departments and legal and financial affairs.
