His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, opened in Dubai International Academic City, affiliated to the “Tikom” group, the first international branch of the Indian Institute of Administration – Ahmed Abad (IIMA), to become the first branch outside India for the world pioneering institute.
