General Asmopi gathered the elite talent with the most prominent agency on a successful career day

In confirmation of its commitment to bridge the technical skills gap and build a digitally advanced national generation, General of the Academy of the Bahrain, backed by the fourth edition of the TECH HIRE, which witnessed a remarkable presence of 14 leading companies in the Kingdom, and included a variety of startups, international institutions, family projects, and government initiatives.

Graduates of General Sambli Bahrain participated in the exhibition, where they had the opportunity to directly interact with employers, present their advanced technical skills in software engineering, data analysis, user experience design, and others. The event resulted in the provision of job opportunities and vocational training such as a software developer, researcher and data analyst, and a user experience designed, which reflected the increasing need in the Bahraini labor market for these skills.

It is worth noting that all the courses that the graduates underwent were fully supported by the Labor Fund (Tamkeen), and it comes in line with the priorities of Tamkeen strategy for the year 2025, which is to enhance the position and competitiveness of the Bahraini citizen in the private sector, and provide Bahrainis with the appropriate skills for job development in the private sector, as well as granting priority for the growth, convenience and sustainability of institutions.

Ahmed Fakhr, Director of Partnerships at General of the Academy of Baldli Bahrain, stressed: “The success of this version reflects our firm commitment to enhancing the capabilities of Bahraini youth and linking them to the best professional opportunities.

For her part, Mrs. Marwa Al -Iskafi, Director of Development of Competencies, Institutions and Business Pioneers praised Tamkeen

In the role of the Academy in building an enabled national capabilities, stressing: “It is proud to enable its strategic partnerships with the General Samli Bahrain Academy, where we succeeded in supporting Bahraini youth and enabling them to engage in future jobs, and enhance the competitiveness of the national economy.”

It should be noted that the organization of the employment exhibition was supported by the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (BIBF), which contributed to providing the place of the event, and it is also the permanent headquarters in which all ranks of the academy are held, which reflects the depth of fruitful cooperation between the two institutions in supporting the march of digital and vocational education.
