Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council, Chairman of the Financial Supervision Agency in Ajman, the agency launched its comprehensive development plan, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of institutional performance, modernizing the regulatory work system, and upgrading the level of transparency and governance. Shehab Ahmed Al Ali, Director General of the Authority, stressed that the new plan aims to consolidate governance and enhance government work efficiency, and includes expansion of training and qualification programs for capacity -building and national cadres, in support of the achievement of the targets of Ajman 2030 vision.
