The Ministry of Education has set a professional and moral charter that clearly defines the obligations and standards for all workers in the “public education institutions”, with the aim of raising the efficiency of the educational system, and sets an organizational framework for professional and educational behavior to consolidate human and national values, in order to achieve an educational environment based on integrity, justice and respect. The Charter, which the Gulf, has seen a copy of it to enhance the affiliation of the education profession and improve its mission, and consolidate the moral and behavioral rules in dealing with students, parents, society and colleagues, and ensuring that all workers are role models in educational practice.
