This came during the passage of an evening on the Burj Al Arab Hospital, and while passing through Gamal Hamada Hospital, he directed to follow the tasks of teams (137) and reassure the reduction of patient waiting periods in the reception and emergency department
He drew attention to the application of infection control requirements with the emergency laboratory and sampling places, reviewing the patient data and safety of the procedures for entry of cases electronically.
The Undersecretary of the Directorate noted the availability of emergency drugs and supplies and the distribution of tasks in accordance with the occupancy rates, and warned about reviewing the evacuation plans and training workers on them, in addition to following up the continuous training plans for the medical staff and the nursing staff on the basis of patient safety and quality of service.
Dr. Mohamed Badran, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Alexandria, stressed that these tours come within the framework of continuous follow -up and the constant health affairs directorate to raise the level of performance and ensure the quality of the health service provided to patients in its hospitals.
