The QISI group for the management and operation of trains reviewed the four -year outcome of its receiving duties and maintenance of the Dubai Metro and the operation of Dubai Trapp, as part of a contract concluded with the Roads and Transport Authority in 2021 for a period of 15 years (9 basic years and 6 years renewable). The group emphasized that this period witnessed high levels of operational efficiency and adherence to dates, in addition to the application of innovative solutions that enhance sustainability and support the Authority’s goals in developing the mass transportation system in the emirate.
