Participants in the “Day without Accidents” campaign, which was organized on August 25, received text messages stating that four black traffic points were deducted that were registered with them in advance, in appreciation of their participation and commitment to an initiative aimed at promoting traffic safety. The move came within the initiatives of the Ministry of Interior aimed at encouraging drivers to safe driving and motivating them to contribute to reducing accidents. The Ministry of Interior, represented by the Federal Traffic Council,, in coordination with the police leaders in the country, had launched earlier its pioneering traffic initiative, “A Day without Accidents”, to coincide with the start of its quarterly campaign “a safe academic year”, on August 25, the first day of the launch
