Beni Suef Governorate continued its efforts to remove encroachments, as Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef, announced the removal of more than 400 cases of infringement during the second phase of the 27th wave to recover the lands of the state, which started on Saturday before last, under the supervision of the Supreme Committee for the Recovery of the State, in implementation of the directives of the political leadership to continue efforts to protect state property and address the phenomenon of violating construction.
Continuing campaigns to recover state lands … removing 408 cases in Beni Suef
The governor affirmed that the campaigns come within the framework of the integrated plan implemented by the state agencies to preserve the civilizational appearance and ensure the rights of future generations, noting that the total of the removals has been implemented since the beginning of the second phase on August 30 and Saturday, September 6, reached 408 cases of infringement, of which 206 cases on state property lands, and 202 cases of transgression on agricultural lands.
The governor pointed out that these efforts are carried out through complete coordination between the executive bodies and the states of the state concerned, and in cooperation with the security services, and according to a specific time program that guarantees the speed and resolution of dealing with any encroachments.
It is worth noting that the 27th wave of removal campaigns is implemented in 3 consecutive stages during the months of August, September and October 2025, where the first stage that took place from 9 to 22 August witnessed the removal of 849 cases of transgression, followed by the second stage during the period from August 30 to September 26, with the campaign to conclude in the third and final stage from 4 to 24 October next.
