His parents, who were overseeing him throughout the family home in Changsha, were panicked and transferred to a local hospital, where his condition was diagnosed with respiratory problems due to hyperactivity.
Upon his arrival at the hospital, the young doctors, known as Liangelang only, provided a breathing mask, and he recommended him to organize his breathing, and reports reported that the boy’s respiratory condition was caused by a very deep and deep breathing, as a result of the psychological pressure he was subjected to as a result of his parents’ forcing him to perform his school duties continuously for 14 hours.
Symptoms associated with this type of respiratory disease include narrowed chest, difficulty breathing, dizziness, numbness in the arms, legs, lips, and even the entire body. In more severe cases, it may lead to general muscle stiffness or what is known as the hand of the chicken with the tremor of the fingers, if the patient is not treated immediately, his life may be in danger.
Although cases such as Liangelang seem very rare, Changsha Central Hospital reported that the Children’s Emergency Department alone received more than 30 minors suffering from similar symptoms in August alone, an increase of ten times compared to the previous months, academic pressure, anxiety caused by exams, and prolonged use of mobile phones as major reasons.
