The Court of Cassation, Abu Dhabi, refused to appeal a ruling that obligated two persons accused to lead to a third person of a “owner of a company” in solidarity of 1,049,600 dirhams and the amount of 200,000 dirhams as compensation in the case of the exploitation of an agency granted to one of the accused from the company in which he works and edited two checks for the second accused of the mentioned amount and they were disbursed. The details of the case are due to the fact that the owner of an institution filed a lawsuit in which he requested that they obligate solidarity, to lead him 1,049,600 dirhams and 500,000 dirhams as a matter of material and moral compensation and legal benefit by 12% annually from the date of the judicial claim until the full payment.
