The Batelco Family Stability Foundation “stable” announced the opening of the door for participation in the first edition of the “Ibn Khaldun for Scientific Research” award, which is organized under the slogan “The Family in the Digital Space”, as part of its efforts to encourage scientific research specialized in contemporary family issues, and keep pace with the digital transformations that affect the structure of society and the family alike.
In this context, Noura Al -Najjar, a member of the Board of Trustees, explained that the Foundation welcomes all researchers wishing to participate, indicating that research should be included within the axes set by the award, which includes: digital education for children, the technical gap between generations, digital addiction, family cybersecurity, and legislation regulating the use of digital space, along with other topics that the researcher can choose on the condition that they are a document Family and digital transformation.
Al -Najjar confirmed that participation is available to individuals from inside and outside Bahrain, explaining that the research presented will be subject to accurate scientific arbitration by a specialized committee, which depends on clear criteria that include originality, innovation, methodology and the value of expected results.
Al -Najjar added that the Foundation sees in this award a real opportunity for researchers to highlight their scientific capabilities and contribute to the development of policies and initiatives that enhance the stability of the family, stressing that we seek through this award to have the subjugated research with an applied impact that contributes to addressing the current digital challenges and formulating practical and implemented practical solutions that serve the community and support the stability of the family.
