Counselor Ismail Al -Asfour said: “The visit of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, comes to the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt to embody the depth of historical relations and brotherly ties that bring together the two countries and two brotherly peoples. This visit to His Highness confirms the two leaders ’keenness to move forward in consolidating bilateral cooperation and enhancing joint coordination in a way that serves higher interests and achieves the aspirations of the two peoples towards more progress and prosperity.

He added: «As a graduate from Egypt, and a former head of the Bahrain Student Club in Egypt, I see that the visit reflects the strength and durability of Bahraini -Egyptian relations, and the sublime meanings it carries in embodying the unity of the Arab class and enhancing stability and development in the region.

The journalist Ahmed Abdel Hamid emphasized that the visit of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Prime Minister to Egypt, bears many important indications of relations between the two brotherly countries, on top of which is the joint concern between the two sides to open wider horizons for bilateral cooperation, and increase the pace of economic cooperation for what would develop cooperation and deepen the distinguished strategic partnership between the two brotherly countries in all fields, especially since the Bahraini -Egyptian relations have reached the highest ranks of solidarity And the unity of the class thanks to the support of the leaders of the two countries, the presence of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, and the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al -Sisi.

He continued: «As I lived in Bahrain for a period of four years, I can say that I did not feel alienated one day, because the Bahraini people are very close to the Egyptian people in values, customs and traditions, and even in the spirit of friendliness and simplicity that brings us together, since my early days in Bahrain I felt as if I was between my family, and I realized that I would not take a long time until I get used to the nature of life in this beautiful country and live in the middle of his good people.

He added: “I realized through the details of daily life in Bahrain that I live between my family, and I found in the Bahraini people the gentleness of creation, good dealing and humility. I also found the Bahraini citizen working in various jobs, from an engineer, doctor, worker, seller and driver, to strike the children of this authentic people as an example to be followed in diligence, competence and perseverance.

And he added: “The common values ​​between the two countries are reflected in a fruitful cooperation in various fields, and sincere support that each party provides to the other in the most accurate positions and at all levels, whether in economics, education or culture; Cooperation that exceeds the limits of official relations between governments, to confirm the keenness of the two countries ’leadership to strengthen and consolidate these relations.”
