The representative of the ninth district of the Southern Baladi Council, Hamad Al -Zoubi, revealed that a blatant garden suffers from deteriorating conditions due to neglect, stressing that the park calls for a comprehensive development and urgent maintenance, to become an exemplary outlet for the people, and plays its entertainment and service role in the required manner.
He explained that the park suffers a clear neglect in maintenance, which negatively affected the general appearance, and lost the purpose for which it was established, pointing to the presence of a continuous leakage problem in the water tank in the garden; Which leads to wasting water and creating an unhealthy environment, in addition to the fact that the current facilities are insufficient, pointing to the urgent need to replace lighting, maintaining water cycles and renovating chairs.
Al -Zoubi added that the green surfaces and trees in the garden died and withered because of the lack of watering by the relevant authority, stressing the importance of finding a plan to develop agriculture and increase the green area inside it.
He also stressed the importance of adding new children’s games that meet the needs of families, as well as qualifying the existing stadium and developing it to be valid for the use of young people and children.
Al -Zoubi stressed that meeting these demands will contribute to turning the garden into a typical entertainment environment, which enhances the quality of life, and serves the people of the region optimally.
